1. Introduction

Welcome to SPECTRUM BUSINESS SYSTEMS. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your purchase of products including but not limited to Office Furniture, Physical Security Products (Safes, Lockers, Vaults), Currency Automation Machines, Document Systems, and Air Purifiers from us.
By placing an order, you (“Client/Buyer”) agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Business Standing

SPECTRUM BUSINESS SYSTEMS is a BIFMA, AIOTA GREEN GUARD, and ISO Certified manufacturer and direct marketer dealing in:

• Physical Security Products (Authorized Dealer: Guardwel Industries Pvt. Ltd.)
• Commercial/Home/Hotel Safes (Associate: Elguard)
• Office, Educational & Hospital Furniture (Associate: Jalaram Steel Furniture Pvt. Ltd. & Stellar Global)
• Currency Automation Products
• Document Systems & Air Purifiers (Associate: Infres Methodex Pvt. Ltd.)

3. Quotations & Pricing

• All quotations are valid for [30] days from the date of issue unless stated otherwise.
• Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes (GST, VAT) and shipping charges.
• We reserve the right to modify prices due to raw material cost fluctuations or currency changes.

4. Orders & Specifications

• Orders are binding only upon written acceptance by SPECTRUM BUSINESS SYSTEMS.
• Product images/specifications on brochures are for illustration. We reserve the right to make design improvements without prior notice.

5. Payment Terms

• For Government/PSU/Banks: As per Purchase Order terms.
• For Commercial Clients: [50%] advance with order, [50%] before delivery (or mutually agreed LC/Cheque terms).
• Interest at [18%] per annum may be charged on overdue payments.

6. Delivery & Risk

• Delivery timelines are estimates. We are not liable for delays due to force majeure (fire, flood, strikes, supply chain disruptions).
• Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon dispatch from our warehouse. Ownership passes only upon full payment clearance.

7. Warranty & Returns

• Physical Security Products: Warranty as per Guardwel/Elguard manufacturer terms.
• Furniture: [X] years against manufacturing defects (excluding wear & tear, misuse).
• Electronics (Counters/Shredders): [1] year onsite/RTB warranty.
• Returns: No returns on custom-made/BIFMA certified furniture or currency machines without manufacturer authorization. Defective products must be reported within [7] days of delivery.

8. After Sales Service

Given our reputation for “prompt after sales service,” we commit to responding to service requests within [48] hours for metro/urban clients.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of [Insert State, e.g., Gujarat / Maharashtra], India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in [Insert City, e.g., Rajkot].
